Warning: If you haven't seen last night's "So You Think You Can Dance" finale, stop reading now...

Last night, Sabra Johnson emerged victorious over favorite Danny Tidwell and became the third "So You Think You Can Dance" champion. Sabra has only had four years of professional dance training.

And for those of you who were disappointed that Executive Producer/Judge Nigel Lythgoe and host Cat Deeley didn't actually dance on last night's finale, Nigel says he will dance on the show--when Simon Cowell sings on "American Idol."
